Pelesia A. Fields, MA, M.Ed, CCC/SLP

Pelesia received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech language pathology from Lehman College of City University of New York.  Pelesia holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American-Speech-Language Hearing Association.   She is also licensed by the Georgia State Board of Examiners.  She also holds a post master’s advanced graduate certificate in educational leadership from Stony Brook University (New York).  Pelesia began her career as speech language pathologist over 18 years ago.  She has worked in various settings including public schools, private clinics, home health, and geriatric population.  These experiences have given her a vast knowledge of language development and use across the communication continuum. Majority of her experience is with school age children and birth-3 populations.  Pelesia is PROMPT and Orto-Gillingham trained.

Pelesia has experience working with diverse population. She enjoys supporting educational curriculum, language development, and social communication.
